As of now Cannabis Businesses have been deemed "Essential Businesses" and are allowed to remain open. To do so, we adhere to strict hygiene, sanitizing and social distancing measures as instructed by CDC to safely service the community.

New customers need to register at zipp.delivery.
The following will be required at registration:
-A picture of a valid Government Issued ID showing you are 21 years of age.
-A "selfie" picture of the person registering holding their valid Government Issued ID.
-If you have a state other than California ID proof of travel will be required. Proof of travel can be airline ticket, hotel reservation/Airbnb or rental car receipt.
-Medical Patients will need a copy of their valid Physicians Recommendation or MMIC Card.
-Veterans or Active Duty Military will need a copy of a Military ID or DD214 (to receive a military discount.

New customer order cutoff time is 8:00 PM. No exceptions.

First time orders cannot exceed $150.

1. Minimum required purchase for delivery is $55.00.
2. Prices posted DO NOT include taxes. Read more about taxes on our FAQ page.
3. Order must be placed by 9:00 PM.
4. As of now, customers must have cash available at the time of delivery.
5. A Government Issued ID which needs to be presented to the driver at the time of delivery.

Deliveries are normally completed within 120 minutes.

We will offer a full refund or exchange of equal or lesser value for any customer purchased product found to be defective or expired. Customers have 24 to 48 hours after the delivery of the product to contact us regarding returns or exchanges.

A photo of the item to be returned needs to be submitted via text or email as soon as possible. We can not and do not offer any guarantees regarding products, so we can not offer refunds for products not to the customers likings, standards and so forth.
